friendly staff clean room worn carpets squeaky floorboards
The staff were friendly. The breakfast was GREAT! I found the bar had a nice atmosphere in the evenings. The room was very clean.
I found the entrance carpets tired and worn. The noise was an issue because the floorboards above were loose. They were squeaky. The night was TERRIBLE!

GREAT hotel experience!
helpful staff delicious food parking permit quiet room
I found the staff really helpful. They answered every question. The food was delicious (the steak WAS a fantastic value!). I also liked that you can buy a parking permit from the hotel for local streets. I found my room was very quiet.

the staff ensured everyone felt welcome. they quickly addressed any challenge. i found the bar enjoyable in the evening. i could get hold of the staff easily!
the scaffolding slightly detracted from the building's appearance. it was a necessary part of the upkeep. this did affect the building's beauty. the works took place .

The room was spacious. I had more than enough space. breakfast had great value for money. bar drinks were priced quite low and there was a good selection.
the heating was switched off too early! it was cold during the night. there was nobody at reception after 19:00 to complain to.

friendly staff tailored service lovely decor great value
i found the staff super friendly and helpful, right from when i arrived. breakfast was really nice with a tailored service! my room's decor was totally lovely and i felt very relaxed. i definitely consider it great value.
the hotel needs a seriously deep clean, especially the entrance and reception areas. all the doors and handrails look a bit grubby.

parking was really convenient thanks to the permit that i could buy direct from the hotel for only £2.50! i parked on the street without worries, the hotel offers a much simpler experience. the shops nearby gave easy access to essentials.
